The Emergence of Chemistry

This work was inspired by the theory of emergence “when the whole is greater than the sum of the parts, indeed, so great that the sum far transcends the parts and represents something utterly new and different”. It takes us back to the big bang and the first emergence, why there is something not nothing, and the first formations of the elements of the periodic table. I have also used three of the platonic solids as these relate to the geometry of chemical bonds, and have used wax figures to highlight the geometry the radii of each shape creates, as distinct from the geometry of the outside faces and vertices of the solid, thus taking us into the heart of chemistry.
